1st time here....super fresh and healthy menu items that you create to your liking. It's "cafeteria style", so you grab a tray and select the items you want as you move down the line. It can get a bit confusing. The staff behind the counter, seemed unfriendly and weren't very "welcoming." I can imagine it can get quite frustrating for them having customers constantly asking questions and spitting out orders at them. Completely understandable! I loved the way their soup is served!...its NOT dropped into a heat source inside the counter. Its actually in a pot on top of the counter, which is a good indicator that its FRESH! The dessert display has a number of BEAUTIFUL cakes and cookies...some flourless and Gluten-free. My mom and I shared the lemon coconut cake. It was worth EVERY calorie!!! Great atmosphere! Wide variety of menu options. Good prices!

Love Urban Plates. The salads are always crisp and fresh, and the variety is sure to please even the pickiest of eaters. This isn't just a salad place though. You can have Pot roast, meatloaf or roast chicken with all the fixings and a multitude of other options. The perfect place of for groups or couples who can't agree on what to eat. You can have it all!

They have taken the concept of pick a protein, pick a couple of sides, to a whole new level. Delicious ahi tuna, or roasted chicken, or sliced steak with chimichura. Roasted Brussel sprouts, broccoli, roasted or mashed potatoes - how are they so much better here? Pleasant atmosphere - love the giant wooden table outside. IΓ’β¬β’m addicted.

Fresh food with culinary selections for everyone dietary need! Cafeteria style, however reasonably priced for the choices and quality. I was surprised at the many options. The meat carver could afford to smile a little more and look less annoyed but the rest of the staff was pretty friendly. They are located in a very busy shopping. I was with a party of 8 and arrived around 7pm on a Thursday night and there was plenty of seating but few parking spaces

Tremendous Appreciation to Jack at Urban Plates for perfecting my order - giving me peace of mind. I'm located in Atlanta, GA and my Dad in Irvine, CA. I spent hrs looking through menus to find tasty selections for my elderly Dad who needs a boost to his appetite with limited chewing. And then my dream came true.WOW Urban Plates Braises and soups sound to die for! I know his taste buds will be revitalized with the 4plate and the delicious looking desert I decided on. l just drooled over the Urban Plates menu. I can't wait to hear his feedback and get out to Irvine to savor all of the awesome selections. Thanks again and thumbs up to my Door Dash driver Camilo!

All their food is fresh, well made, with lots of flavor and new recipes. Never have we been disappointed. It is very quick, and streamline as far as service and getting and paying for your choices.And by the way...there are many! Great place! 5 Stars!

Unbelievable food, so many options! I like you can create your own salad just the way you like, not to mention their ingredients are organic, fresh, and packed with flavor! Definitely a place I want to choose to suggest when my coworkers want to go out for lunch.

Paid $15 for a plate that gave me a stomach ache. If you want cold beef and Luke warm mashed potatoes this is your place. My boyfriendΓ’β¬β’s chicken was under cooked and he did not finish it. Good for him because I got a stomach ache after. I will not be going here again.

I decided to have the Cobb salad with chicken today. I also ordered a side of the sirloin because it looked so delicious. My eyes did not deceive me, it was fabulous! I'd also like to mention that the staff were so pleasant and polite.

My favorite Γ’β¬Εfast foodΓ’β¬Β place in California! Everything here is chef inspired with locally sourced ingredients. Even though though their menu has many staple dishes such as steak, chicken, and fish, you can have them tastefully paired with many various side dishes. So on a mathematically level, there are just so many combinations of flavors you can try here!Their desserts are to die for! Try their craft brews and juices too!

This place used to be a lot better. Some of their ingredients including the chicken makes all of my family sick. It looks like their quality has gone down or their practices are not as stringent as before. On the other hand, the atmosphere is cozy and the staff is great.
